Patek Philippe Men's Gold Ref. 1579 Chronograph Wristwatch with Register, circa 1950
Case: 36 mm, 18k yellow gold, massive three body case, No. 668581, faceted tear drop lugs, inclined bezel, rectangular push buttons, knurled crown, personalization on back
Dial: satin finished silvered with gold Arabic numerals and applied pyramidal indexes, gilt "Feuille" hands, blued steel center sweep seconds hand, outer tachometer scale, subsidiary seconds at nine, thirty minute register at three
Movement: 23 jewels, manual wind, 8 adjustments, #868219, nickel with rhodium finish, straight line lever escapement, Breguet hairspring, caliber 13L, gold lettering
Band: a new signed Patek Philippe black alligator strap completed by a signed Patek Philippe 18k yellow gold buckle and tang finishes the watch
Signed: Patek Philippe on the dial, movement, case, strap and buckle
