The ring, designed with a floral motif, features an oval-shaped sapphire measuring 10.00 x 7.50 x 4.50 mm and weighing approximately 3.00 carats, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.55 carat, set in openwork 18k white gold, framed by a textured 18k yellow gold trim. Marked M Buccellati for Mario Buccellati. Made in Italy. The ring is accompanied by its original signed box. Gross weight 9.50 grams.
