The enhancer features a heart-shaped amethyst measuring 21.00 x 20.00 x 11.50 mm and weighing approximately 26.00 carats, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.00 carat, pavé set in 18k white gold, accented by a removable cultured pearl measuring 6.00 - 5.50 mm. (one diamond is missing) Gross weight 26.80 grams.
