Condition Notes: Crafted in 18k yellow gold, this brooch is marked Aldo Cipullo/Cartier and features a stylized botanical or marine-inspired form, with curling tendrils accented by blue sapphires. A central spine is set with channel-set rubies and fluted rows of brilliant-cut diamonds.
Suspended at the base is a pear-shaped heliodor measuring approximately 12.50 x 10.50 x 7.80 mm. Under magnification, the heliodor displays scratches and abrasions to the table and crown facets, and solder patterns to the jump ring suggest it may be a later addition.
