Condition Notes: The 18k gold open heart belt buckle weighs 73.40 grams by itself and is marked "Peretti Tiffany & Co. Italy 1975." The listed dimensions refer first to the full length of the black suede belt, followed by the length of the buckle itself. The buckle fully measures approximately 3-7/16 × 3-3/8 inches. The gold fitting at the end of the strap also tests as 18k, matching the buckle.
The belt buckle bears minor and reversible wear patterns while the overall suede belt bears very minimal evidence of prior use.
