Condition Notes: This cat’s-eye chrysoberyl offers a compelling blend of beauty and wearability. Its warm brown tone, ranging from golden-bronze to deep cocoa, adds subtle variation to the more typical chrysoberyl hues.
A well-centered cat’s-eye effect, caused by dense reflective inclusions, displays as a sharp, shifting band of light across the stone. A fingerprint inclusion runs parallel into the gem, subtly shifting the eye’s color from silvery white to an orangey-yellow as it crosses the central axis, an unusual and naturally occurring detail.
One diamond accent bears a shallow crown chip visible under magnification. Both the chrysoberyl and diamond weights are stamped on the inner ring shank, along with a platinum hallmark.
