Condition Notes: A substantial torus-like hoop form defines the structure, offering a stylized take on the classic huggie earring. Rounded and voluminous, the design forms a continuous arc and is fitted with hinged clip backings for non-pierced ears. Remnants of posts are visible and could be easily reinstalled if desired.
The glossy black enamel coating the exterior presents beautifully, inspection confirms an undamaged surface, and UV light reveals no evidence of enamel restoration.
The interplay of high-polish gold, jet enamel, and tightly set diamonds, each of high clarity and color, creates a bold graphic contrast, evoking the aesthetic of 1980s glamour and Webb-style design.
