Native Texan, Michael Garman has a passion for capturing a moment in time with his work, Yesterday's News with Magic is a very rare CityScape was retired in the early 1990's. It includes a trick lighting element created for Magic Town. The "magic" allows the scene behind the window to showcase two different interior rooms. All of his sculptures are handcrafted in Colorado Springs.

Proceeds from this auction benefit The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary of Dallas. The Dallas Women's Auxiliary is the local expression of a world-wide movement that seeks spiritual redemption and social rehabilitation of those it serves. The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Programs and missions include: Adult Rehabilitation, Veterans Affairs Services, Prison Ministries, Elderly Services, Combating Human Trafficking, Missing Persons, Hunger Relief, Housing and Homeless Services, Christmas Assistance, Youth Camps & Recreation and Emergency Disaster Relief.

The online benefit auction will help raise funds in conjunction with The Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary 2017 Fashion Show & Luncheon, 'Fashion is Art, You are the Canvas' on May 2, 2017.
