Condition Report*:
Type: Omega Stainless Speedmaster Chronograph Watch. Ref: 145.002 (U.S. 6126). Accompanied by Original Box, Warranty & Instruction Manual.
c.1978
Signed: Dial, case and movement signed by maker.
Model: Speedmaster
Dial: black dial with white painted logo, tracks and numbers. Tritium stick markers
Hands: white, tritium baton hands
Metal: stainless steel
Case Info: three piece case consisting of a snap bezel and screw down case back.
Case Width: 41mm
Crystal: Omega hesalite with logo
Watch Movement: Omega caliber 861, 17 jewel movement. #39923038
Band: Omega stainless bracelet with clasp code: 1171 and end pieces: 633. Will fit up to a 7 3/4 inch wrist.
Circa: 1978
Condition: Watch appears unpolished. Tiny dings and surface scratches evenly distributed about the case and even softening of lug corners commensurate with age. Nearly pristine bezel insert with slight fade and barely perceptible “ding” at about the 63 mark. Perfect dial and hands. Retains original Omega hesalite crystal with logo at center. Nice crown with no dings. Case back stamps strong but black enamel “filler” is no more. Tiny dings about the case back center most likely caused from the clasp hitting that section when the watch was off the wrist. Slight stretch to bracelet. Nice action on both buttons and snappy sweep return. Winds smoothly. Tight hinge and snap to close inner box. Outer box has scuffs to corners and shows some fatigue. The watch sets, winds and runs and the chronograph function is working correctly, however, the service history is unknown and is sold with no further warranty. As always, a fresh service is recommended for everyday use.
