de Grisogono: de Grisogono was founded by Fawaz Gruosi in Geneva, Switzerland in 1993. The company is called de Grisogono after the maiden name of his associate's mother. From a young age, Gruosi was greatly inspired by the aesthetic beauty of Florence, Italy and wanted to pursue the art of jewelry making. In 1996 he opened his first boutique in Geneva. He presented magnificent one-of-a-kind pieces along with a unique collection of black diamond jewelry that has become his signature hallmark; he is known as the “king of black diamonds”. In 2000 he unveiled his first timepiece collection. The collections use black diamonds and other gemstones such as rubies, emeralds, pearls, and turquoise to achieve a new sense of color and light. He also uses diverse motifs such as panthers, butterflies, skulls, flowers, and hearts in his designs. Avg Color: G-H-I
