Lady's Diamond, Platinum, Gold Pendant Watch-BroochCase: 25 x 28 mm, heart-shaped, platinum, encased by European-cut diamonds, tulip-shaped crown set with mine-cut diamonds
Dial: 17 mm, white with black Roman numeral hour markers, Arabic numeral minute markers, ornate pink gold hour and minute hands, marked Cartier Paris
Movement: 15 jewel, straight line lever escapement, gilt finish, Swiss, circa 1910
Stones: European and mine-cut diamonds weigh a total of approximately 10.00 carats
Gross weight: 36.42 grams

A wishbone mechanism with safety catch on the back of the brooch allows for the chains to be taken on and off. The stem is broken and rusty. Movement is not marked Cartier. Slight damage to the case back. Accompanied by a vintage diamond set watch bezel.
