Patek Philippe & Co. Early Gold Presentation Wristwatch, circa 1905Case: 18k gold, three body, No. 284536, 27 mm, gold lugs with bars, back engraved with winged shield and anchor emblem and a presentation, "LT. R.H. Bush, presented by the Crew of the U.S.N.A.S. Anacostia, D.C."
Dial: silver, painted black Arabic numerals and spade hands, black minute track
Movement: No. 109724, nickel bridge, 18 jewels, eight adjustments, straight line lever, bi-metallic compensated balance, wolf's tooth winding
