Condition Notes: This ring showcases exceptional craftsmanship, incorporating intricately carved rock crystal quartz between each diamond-accented section, creating a layered, umbrella-like effect around the central stone. The vibrant ruby at its center measures 6.95 x 6.25 mm, with depth unmeasurable due to the setting. The stone is accompanied by two gemological reports: one from AIGS and another from Guild Laboratory. Both confirm the ruby’s natural origin, unheated state, and provenance from Myanmar (Burma). Under magnification, inclusions consistent with an unheated ruby are visible, including feathers and fissures that, in some areas, reach the surface. These have resulted in a minor shallow chip at one end.
