Marked 18KT 750 and having Italian registry mark 347 AL corresponding to Pierno Frascarolo & Co. located in Valenza, Italy. Tests 18k. Diamonds weighing approximately 0.03 carat. Some loss to enamel. Metal shows some discoloration porosity and stress. Completed by double pinstem and sliding trombone catch.
