Condition Notes: The inner ring shank bears a section marked LR/18k. The base of the ring shank on the exterior side bears the brunt of wear. *The presence of a horse shoe-shaped sizing aid and the slightly out of round nature of the ring shank has made determining he actual size difficult. As a result the given size is approximate.
