The setting is an exquisite blend of highly polished 18k gold and platinum, with two delicate bees composed of full-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds gracefully perched at each shoulder. An integrated, flexible gold band curves from the shank to beneath the gallery, ensuring a tailored fit while preserving the ring’s ability for traditional sizing; however, hairline cracks are forming at the point where it meets the shank. A spurious inscription, "Schlumberger," is located inside the shank.
