Condition Notes: The cabochon measures 8.50 x 8.60 x 6.45 mm within its bezel setting and shows a fair amount of abrasions from previous wear. Adjacent to the center stone are two full-cut diamonds and two sections of carved bone. *Due to the modern, squared form of the ring shank and its split design near the sizing area, resizing is likely not feasible.
