Overall Condition: Good
Condition Notes: While primarily known for their fine gold jewelry, Louis Tamis & Sons also produced a line of gold writing instruments during the mid-to-late 20th century. This example is stamped "LT & Son / 14k" and tests as 14k gold via XRF analysis, however, the pen has not been disassembled to determine the extent of gold content throughout. The piece bears the engraved initials "JP", and the exterior shows surface wear consistent with regular use. When the barrel is rotated toward the tip, a graphite writing point is extended, indicating a mechanical pencil mechanism.
