The necklace features a marquise-cut sapphire weighing approximately 0.55 carat, enhanced by an oval-shaped sapphire weighing approximately 0.40 carat, further enhanced by round-cut sapphires weighing a total of approximately 1.10 carats, accented by full and single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.70 carat, further accented by rose-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.15 carat, set in silver-topped 18k gold, completed by an 18k gold chain. Gross weight 21.40 grams.
