Blue Book on page 45, Retail $12,500. The diamonds wrap around the entirety of the shank for an overall glamorous look. The ring shows evidence of sizing to areas of the shank where some diamonds are set.
Schlumberger for Tiffany & Co.: Parisian artist and jeweler Jean Schlumberger's (1907-1987) career began as a costume jewelry designer for Elsa Schiaparelli. Recognition came when in 1955; he joined Tiffany & Co., becoming the first designer given the privilege of signing his name to his jewelry.
