The pendant features a dazzling round aquamarine, cut in a modified brilliant style for exceptional light play, and measures approximately 18.85 mm in diameter. Above it, a luminous step-cut orange citrine, approximately 15.85 mm in diameter, adds a fiery contrast, creating a captivating interplay of cool and warm tones. Both gemstones are set in an articulated platinum mounting, allowing each stone to move independently with effortless fluidity. The pendant is suspended from a matching platinum chain, with both the chain and pendant marked Paloma Picasso, Tiffany & Co., Platinum, and testing as marked. Accompanied by a signature light blue Tiffany & Co. pouch and presented in a black velvet clamshell box, this piece is a stunning example of Picasso’s visionary artistry for the house of Tiffany.
Paloma Picasso for Tiffany & Co.: Paloma Picasso is one of the world’s most successful jewelry designers. The daughter of famed artist Pablo Picasso, Paloma received her jewelry training at the University of Paris. She at one point worked for the Greek designer Zolotas, where she created gold jewelry.
