Condition Notes: Weighing 33.30 carats and measuring 22.56 x 12.65 x 12.57 mm, this cushion shaped tanzanite is in very good condition, with no visible inclusions and excellent surface polish under magnification. Free from chips or cracks, it retains excellent transparency and rich color, with natural trichroism producing flashes of violet, blue, and subtle red as the stone is turned. For those less familiar, trichroism is the optical property that allows tanzanite to display three different colors depending on the viewing angle.
