Condition Notes: Known as the "Queen of Color," Paula Crevoshay is revered for her use of vibrant gemstones, such as the vibrant blue chalcedony featured in this suite. The blue chalcedony bead necklace is connected to its pendant via two box clasps, allowing for customization with compatible pieces. Both the necklace and pendant are marked "Crevoshay." Paula Crevoshay: Paula Crevoshay graduated with honors from VCU in Richmond Virginia and won a full scholarship to the University of Wisconsin where she earned her Master of Arts degree in 1977. She launched her first collection of one-of-a-kind art jewels in 1981.
