Condition Notes: Ancient-inspired jewelry that is so chic! The intaglios in the earrings are black glass, while the intaglio in the necklace is black onyx. One depicts a sphinx while the other depicts a charioteer. Both items marked 18k and marked for Elizabeth Locke. Earrings completed by posts and omega clips. Minor scratches and wear to the earrings.
Elizabeth Locke: Elizabeth Locke spent her childhood in the Shenandoah Valley, obtained a degree in Modern Italian Literature begun at Duke and completed at the University of Florence, and spent six years as a contributing editor of Town & Country magazine.
