Case: heavy 18k gold, four body, back cover with overlay initials, inner back cover engraved "Members 1st Legislative Assembly, State of Nevada to Hon. C. W. Tozer, Speaker", gold cuvette engraved 1865, 52 mm diameter
Dial: white enamel, Roman chapters, subsidiary seconds, 24 hour wind indicator at twelve, outer minute track
Movement: gilt 3/4 plate lever fusee, bi-metallic balance with diamond endstone, key wind and set, movement jeweled to the center wheel with cap jewels on the pallet and escape wheel pivots
