The ring centers an oval-shaped pink sapphire measuring 10.00 x 8.00 x 6.50 mm and weighing 4.80 carats, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of 0.49 carat, accented by round-cut rubies weighing a total of 0.39 carat, further accented by sapphires of varying size in shades of pink, purple, and blue weighing a total of 3.37 carats, set in 18k white gold. Gross weight 13.60 grams.
