Diamond, Amethyst, Gold Necklace, SauroThe necklace features a calf's head-shaped amethyst measuring 20.80 x 18.20 x 12.12 mm, accented by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 3.80 carats, set in 18k gold, suspended by a woven purple cord, completed by an 18k gold clasp, marked Sauro. Gross weight 51.50 grams.
