Verger Frères: Ferdinand Verger, one of the most creative jewelers and watchmakers of his time, established the house of Verger Frères in 1872. He is the acclaimed master of synthesis of Art Nouveau and Deco. He also partnered with Vacheron Constantin for some time and went on to craft pieces for some of the most renowned houses in the world including Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Boucheron, and Hermès to name a few. While he crafted pieces primarily for top retailers, Verger also produced fine pieces under the firm’s own label. The pieces are regarded as unique and extraordinary. The house of Verger Frères is praised for its unique jewelry, watches, and objects d’art with inspiration from diverse and exotic sources. Japanese Samurais, Chinese idols, vivid nature themes, and mysterious clocks are found in many of Verger’s pieces.
