Condition Notes: Dominating the design front and center is a Burmese spinel measuring 13.14 × 12.96 × 6.42 mm, displaying the balanced tone and brightness long associated with Mogok material. The round-shaped gem is mounted in platinum, marked for the jewelry group Legacy N.Y. Under magnification, textbook spinel inclusions, including fingerprints of octahedral negative crystals, confirm natural origin in low relief. A small chip is present just below the girdle but is difficult to detect, with the overall surface luster well preserved and the polish remaining good. The double diamond halo extends onto the shoulders, with the diamonds appearing undamaged under magnification.
