Condition Notes: Set with an emerald-cut tsavorite garnet measuring approximately 9.15 x 5.15 mm, this ring features stepped shoulders with channel-set princess-cut diamonds in 18k yellow gold. The tsavorite shows typical finger print inclusions consistent with natural formation and the variety.
Tsavorite is a green variety of grossular garnet, known for its strong color and durability. First discovered in Tanzania and later named for Kenya’s Tsavo region, it remains one of the more sought-after garnets in the trade.
All stones are in good condition with no notable abrasions or chips observed under magnification. The ring is unmarked but tests as 18k gold using XRF and standard metal testing.
