Condition Notes: A carved nephrite ring fitted with a gold band, though marked 14k, the gold tests as 10k with acid and XRF technology. The gallery features a star ruby measuring about 9.30 mm in diameter, with 3.15 mm and 3.40 mm sapphire cabochons at the shoulders, and accented by cultured pearls. There is adhesive present around the cultured pearls, sapphires, and at the junctures where the metal meets the nephrite carving. Size is estimated; the two sizing beads inside may result in a more snug fit.
