Condition Notes: Shaped as a sea turtle, this brooch is crafted in 18k white gold and centers an opal cabochon measuring 29.05 x 24.85 x 4.85 mm, showing vivid play-of-color in red, orange, green, and violet. A halo of 3.00 mm bezel-set round brilliant diamonds forms the shell. The piece is in very good condition, with no opal crazing or diamond damage. The reverse features a double pin stem and retractable trombone catch. The under-gallery is signed EG for Ella Gafter.
