Condition Notes: The transitional-cut diamond set into the Art Deco platinum ring displays good clarity, with the grade-setting inclusion consisting of a very small feather at the surface along one table facet junction. Adjacent are two minor surface blemishes, a small cavity and a bruise. A tiny chip is also visible along one section of the girdle.
The cartoon-style duck brooch may well be one of the most charming pieces of the year! It is in good condition depicting a running stance with one small chip to one sapphire. The remaining sapphires exhibit attractive color, clarity, and well-executed cutting. There appears to be a 18k and 14k stamp present to this piece but after testing the alloy has been confirmed as 14k.
