Condition Notes: A balanced juxtaposition of dark and bright, these earrings are a classic representation of Angela Cumming's designs for Tiffany & Co. and her love of semiprecious stones inlaid in gold. The checkerboard patterns mirror each other when worn, giving them a dynamic quality. They are fashioned with a post for pierced ears and an omega back. The earrings are stamped T&Co, 750, 18k, 1982, and with an unidentifiable stamp. There are scratches consistent with wear, but the jadeite jade does not appear to be chipped or abraded.
