The pendant features a full-cut diamond measuring approximately 4.00 x 4.00 x 2.50 mm and weighing approximately 0.25 carat, enhanced by a round-cut sapphire measuring 4.45 x 4.45 x 2.85 mm and weighing approximately 0.35 carat, and a round-cut synthetic sapphire measuring 3.50 x 3.50 x 2.40 mm and weighing approximately 0.20 carat, set in 14k white gold, suspended from a 14k white gold box chain. Gross weight 4.00 grams.
