The antique locket features a round-cut sapphire weighing approximately 0.30 carat, enhanced by European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.10 carat, set in 14k gold, maker's mark for Henry Blank & Co., suspended by a 14k gold chain. Gross weight 30.20 grams.
