Condition Notes: This hinged compact and cigarette case features ornate detailing along the outer surfaces, with minor denting visible at the corners. The box does not close securely and may require a slight adjustment for full functionality. Once opened, one side features a beveled glass mirror with the substrate cracked and deteriorating, and beneath it is a cigarette holder. The opposing side features a spring-loaded lipstick tube alongside a covered empty compartment; remnants of prior lipstick are still present. The box bears an Italian maker's mark < 39 MI > attributed to Gruppo Cacchione di Oscar Cacchione & Co. S.a.s. - Cacchione Fratelli S.r.l. di Fernando Cacchione, located in the city of Milano, in the province of Milano, Italy.
