The cuff features an embellishment enhanced by round-cut rubies weighing a total of approximately 3.00 carats, accented by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.60 carat, set in heavily textured 18k yellow gold, atop a dyed red shagreen cuff. Gross weight 72.00 grams.
