    Coral, Diamond, Gold Pendant-Brooch

    The pendant-brooch features carved coral, depicting butterflies and flowers, enhanced by single-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 0.30 carat, set in 14k textured yellow gold. A bail, pinstem and catch complete the reverse. Gross weight 43.50 grams.
