    Edwardian Diamond, Platinum Brooch
    The brooch features round brilliant-cut diamonds measuring 5.45 - 5.61 x 3.31 mm and 4.40 - 4.50 x 2.67 mm and weighing a total of approximately 0.90 carat, accented by European-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.00 carat, set in platinum, having a 14k white gold pin and safety clasp. Gross weight 11.80 grams.

    Overall Condition: Very Good
    Condition Notes: The center diamonds have been updated with modern round brilliant cut diamonds. The larger diamond is approximately 0.60 carat, the smaller diamond is approximately 0.30 carat. Solder marks are present at the pin and clasp where it was added to the brooch at a later date. The brooch-pin is not marked, tests as platinum. The C safety clasp is marked 14k. *Due to the nature of the setting the diamond depth cannot be measured; the measurement is an estimate of 60% of the average girdle diameter.
