    18k gold with a lava cameo, depicting Medusa, accented by pink tourmaline and diamonds.

    Notes: The cameo depicts the mythological creature Medusa carved in the fitting medium of lava. Beautifully detailed carving. The pear-shaped pink tourmaline measures 7.20 x 4.85 mm and weighs approximately 0.60 carat. The full-cut diamonds weigh a total of approximately 0.40 carat. Gross weight 38.90 grams.
