    The brooch features an oval-shaped sapphire cabochon measuring 21.00 x 16.00 x 8.60 mm and weighing approximately 30.00 carats, enhanced by round and oval-shaped sapphire cabochons, accented by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 1.20 carats, set in 18k gold. Total sapphire weight is approximately 32.50 carats. Gross weight 29.00 grams.
