    Condition Notes: Retro brooch having French eagle's head mark, a serial number: 9236, and an additional French maker's mark "GR" inside and diamond frame. Only one ruby on the retro brooch is synthetic, showing curved striae under magnification. Retro brooch unmarked, tests 18k gold and platinum. Edwardian brooch is unmarked, tests platinum, completed by 14k gold pinstem and catch, the relief is that of a winged sphinx, diamonds show VS average clarity. Flower brooch unmarked, tests 14k, noticeable chips to some of the enamel on the petals, the diamonds range in diameter from 2.10 - 2.30 mm, completed by pinstem and catch, having a hinged bale on reverse.
