    The earrings feature tumbled sapphires ranging in size from 6.40 x 5.00 mm to 8.75 x 5.00 mm, enhanced by full-cut diamonds weighing a total of approximately 6.50 carats, accented by round-cut sapphires weighing a total of approximately 1.25 carats, set in 18k white gold, marked Sam Saab. Gross weight 25.50 grams.
