Condition Notes: A fine pair of Burma ruby earrings. The rubies measure 8.32 x 6.18 x 3.72 mm and 8.49 x 6.21 x 3.65 mm, and possess an inner glow indicative of the legendary material sourced from Myanmar. The posts of these earrings are threaded, with accompanying screw backings designed to secure into place during wear. Both rubies bear surface-reaching features visible under magnification, including a large chip to the pavilion of one stone, which remains out of sight in the current setting.
