The diamonds weigh a total of approximately 0.15 carat, the rubies weigh a total of approximately 0.85 carat, and the sapphires weigh a total of approximately 0.40 carat, with ancient coins depicting Constantius (AD 337-361), set in 18k gold having rhodium accents. Gross weight 28.50 grams.
