Overall Condition: Very Good
Condition Notes: Striking in both design and pedigree, these concentric circle drop earrings by Graff showcase a masterful fusion of various degrees of fancy yellow diamonds and precision craftsmanship. Crafted in two-tone 18k white and yellow gold, the earrings are adorned with cushion-shaped yellow diamonds at their centers, including a 1.07-carat Fancy Light Yellow and a 1.03-carat Fancy Yellow, certified by GIA Natural Colored Diamond Grading Reports, both laser-inscribed GRAFF alongside their respective report numbers. Additionally, two smaller stones—a 0.59-carat Fancy Yellow and a 0.55-carat Fancy Intense Yellow—are similarly certified, contributing rich tonal warmth against a backdrop of near-colorless diamonds. The circular elements are framed with delicate millegrain trim, enhancing the vintage-inspired elegance of the overall composition. Completed with posts and hinged omega clipbacks, the earrings are marked "GRAFF" with reference number 4809. The earrings are in very good overall condition with brilliant scintillation, high-quality craftsmanship, and superb attention to detail—a statement of contemporary glamour infused with Graff’s signature refinement.
Graff: Lawrence Graff of London is recognized for dealing in the rare and exceptional. He opened his first shop at age seventeen in Hatton Garden, London, in 1960. Only the finest quality diamonds and gemstones complemented the exacting standards of his custom-made jewelry. He is famous for selling important diamonds such as the Star of Bombay, the Emperor Maximilian, the Idol’s Eye, and the Sultan Abdul-Hamid II. Today, Graff purchases rough diamonds from South Africa and has them cut in his own facility in Johannesburg. This enables him to have exclusivity in his selection of the finest stones which are then set into high quality designs and offered to his clients around the world.
