Chanel Fine Jewelry: The iconic brand first dabbled in fine jewelry when Gabrielle Chanel unveiled her first High Jewelry Collection in diamonds and platinum in her private salons in Paris in 1932. Interest in designing jewelry with precious metals, gemstones and diamonds revived in 1993, when the brand officially launched the Chanel Fine Jewelry division. Between 1988 and 2007, Lorenz Baumer designed the High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry Collections. Moving forward, the Maison then developed its own jewelry studio, and still gathers inspiration from the very first sketches inspired by the world of Gabrielle Chanel.
