The hinged cuff features oval-shaped emerald cabochons ranging in size from 6.80 x 5.10 mm to 7.60 x 4.60 mm and weighing a total of 34.30 carats, enhanced by full and triangle-shaped rose-cut diamonds weighing a total of 17.20 carats, accented by black enamel applied on 18k rose gold, marked Sam Saab. Gross weight 93.30 grams.
