Overall Condition: Good
Condition Notes: The bracelet displays construction consistent with earlier jewelry production, centering carved scarabs, the largest measuring approximately 19.15 x 14.50 x 8.75 mm. The scarabs are fashioned from hardstone as well as faience, a glazed, non clay, silica based material widely used in ancient Egyptian and later Egyptian revival jewelry. Each scarab features unique hieroglyphs and carved details to the reverse.
The ring is primarily constructed of silver, with stones set into silver topped 14k gold bezels. Faceted sapphire beads are positioned between the split shank elements of the ring, secured by 14k gold bolts that pass through the beads. The ring weighs approximately 9.10 grams, while the bracelet weighs approximately 23.70 grams. The bracelet is fitted with an O ring style clasp marked 10k, a nearby partial 18k mark is also visible, consistent with results from nitric acid testing and XRF analysis.
The ring shows moderate to heavy wear, including abrasions to some cabochons, most noticeable under magnification.
